The Ramble and Ride is a free eco-friendly festival held annually in the historic area of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories on the August long weekend. The 2019 festival marks the 13th edition of Old Town's beloved festival is a local favorite!
Every summer Old Town comes alive with multiple stages featuring local musicians, artist demonstrations, local vendors, public art projects, art workshops, Trash-formation art show, buskers, old time YK movie house, spoken word and poetry, grand prize diamond draw, walking tours, a children's area complete with bouncy castle, story telling, face painting, music and more.
Last year for the 12th festival special guest SUPAMAN, winner of two 2018 Indigenous Music Awards added extra star power to our already great musical line up. We are excited to continue providing an
entertaining and inspiring festival environment that's accessible to everyone.
This year, join us August 2nd-4th, 2019 and Ramble or Ride down the hill to Old Town where there's free outdoor fun for the whole family!
