Old Town Ramble and Ride Festival is a free eco-friendly festival held annually in the historic area of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories on the August long weekend.

 

This year's festival marks the 19th edition of Old Town's beloved which local favourite!

 

Old Town comes alive each summer with multiple stages featuring local musicians, artist demonstrations, local vendors, public art projects, art workshops, Trash-formation art show, buskers, old time YK movie house, spoken word and poetry, walking tours, a children's area complete with bouncy castle, story telling, face painting, music and more.

Just head down the hill to Old Town, where there's always fun for the whole family!

Old Town is nestled on the shores of Tinde'e in Sǫ̀mbak'è, located on Chief Drygeese Territory, home of the Yellowknives Dene and traditional lands of the North Slave Metis.

Too hot uptown? Come on down to Old Town and experience the cool breeze off the big lake!
